Roads and Subways

Many of the road here are triple or double “deckers,” meaning that there are multiple layers of roads on top of each other. It is very interesting to see and experience-and I cannot imagine what the traffic would be like on the roads without taking advantage of space in that way.
In fact, the subway system also works on multiple layers. You are able to go deeper underground to get to different trains.
Managing space in this way is effective when trying to move large numbers of people everyday, all day.
I have included some examples of pictures from the roads and from the subway stations nearest our hotel in Tokyo.

Thats really interesting & creative!!! That would be so cool to have roads and subways like that! It would be neat to have it in Ohio, but it is also a good thing that Ohio isn't that populated.
